SAML SSO, Enterprise Subdomains, and More

In today’s update, we’re introducing enterprise-grade security features designed to streamline access for project and construction organizations. This release focuses on removing login friction and centralizing user management, allowing your IT teams to maintain total control over data access... and ensuring a seamless experience for your entire team.

SAML Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can now log in to Kreo using your organization’s existing identity provider (such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace). This eliminates the need for team members to manage separate credentials, significantly reducing security risks and providing your IT department with a centralized way to manage platform access.

To activate and configure SAML SSO for your organization, please contact our support team. Since a full integration requires configuration on both the Kreo side and your Identity Provider (IdP) side, our specialists will guide you through the setup process to ensure a secure and reliable connection.

This feature is available for users on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Enterprise Subdomains

You can now get a dedicated entry point for your company through a personalized subdomain (e.g., company.kreo.com). This not only strengthens your brand identity within the team but also ensures employees are instantly redirected to the correct SSO login page, eliminating any confusion when choosing a sign-in method.

To secure a unique subdomain for your organization, please contact our support team. We will handle the technical configuration to get your custom URL live as quickly as possible.

Enterprise Subdomains are available for users on the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Linking Existing Accounts

You can now merge existing staff accounts with your new SSO system without losing any data. This allows you to keep your project history, calculations, and AI training data under a single corporate identity, ensuring a smooth transition to new security standards without interrupting your current workflow.
