Could you describe your company? What it does and which services it offers?

Established in London in 2014, and now proudly operating from Dubai – 3 Sphere delivers cost consultancy services across Europe and the GCC.

Our portfolio spans branded residences, corporate fitouts for global brands (Microsoft, Lazard, Google), boutique retail spaces, luxury villas, and infrastructure programmes.

But our real mission in the GCC is to change the perception of cost consultancy – moving away from box-ticking and towards professional, data-driven decision making.

By combining deep expertise with AI-enabled tools and real-time digital dashboards, we give clients transparency, confidence, and clarity – driving better outcomes across every stage of a project.

Why have you chosen Kreo Software? What are the specific tasks that you perform within the software?

We use Kreo for take-off and estimation. The platform lets us produce estimates quickly, accurately, and collaboratively. Its integrated workbooks, flexible grouping, and real-time collaboration allow our teams to focus on analysis and strategy, not just point-and-click measurement.

I was actually involved in Kreo’s development back in 2020, providing user feedback on some of its first major projects. Even then, it stood out for being visual, intuitive, and data-driven. Since then, it’s evolved dramatically – with AI-powered functionality and 3D integration that align perfectly with our digital innovation and transparency agenda.

How did you perform this work before switching to Kreo? Which difficulties you solved with Kreo?

We previously used CostX – a solid platform, but one that no longer matched the level of innovation we’re driving at 3 Sphere. Setting up projects, uploading files, and building report templates was time-consuming and rigid.

Kreo has completely changed that. Its cloud-based environment eliminates file-path risks and version confusion, while its collaboration tools let us share live projects directly with clients – giving them full visibility of how estimates are built. That transparency has been a real game-changer.
