Auto Count has been one of the most popular tools in Kreo, providing a user-friendly and efficient way to count similar parts in drawings. We're thrilled to introduce Auto Count 2.0, a significant upgrade that expands the tool's capabilities and versatility.
This enhanced version introduces several new features:
Eraser: This tool allows you to precisely define the geometry for Auto Count 2.0 will perform the count. Simply outline the area of interest on your drawing and use the eraser to eliminate any distracting lines or elements. This is particularly helpful for eliminating background clutter or excluding objects that are too close to the target elements.
Settings for rotated and mirrored geometries: Auto Count 2.0 can now detect and count objects that have been rotated or mirrored under your control, expanding its applicability to a wider range of cases when you want or don’t want to include rotated and mirrored items.
Enhanced accuracy and performance: The implementation of the new machine learning model resulted in a significant improvement in the feature's precision. The ML model powering Auto Count 2.0 has been optimized for faster and more efficient results, even for large and complex drawings. Additionally, the accuracy of tiny part counting has been improved, especially for small geometries and MEP items. This ensures that you can obtain accurate and reliable counts even in challenging drawing scenarios.
New UI: Combine these enhancements with the existing Auto Count 2.0 power and new UI, to streamline the process of obtaining accurate and comprehensive part counts for your drawings.
We're confident that these improvements will significantly elevate the value of Auto Count 2.0 for our users, making it an indispensable tool for accurate and efficient takeoff counting tasks.
